At the heart of successful addiction treatment is the belief that everyone deserves the chance to overcome their addiction and lead a fulfilling life. As an experienced addiction specialist and psychotherapist, I am dedicated to providing a comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to addiction treatment, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
I understand that addiction is a complex disease that not only affects the individual struggling with addiction but also their loved ones. That’s why I offer a range of services to support individuals and their families throughout their recovery journey. My holistic approach addresses not only the physical aspects of addiction but also the psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
Whether it’s substance addiction or behavioral addiction, such as gambling or sex addiction, I provide culturally sensitive and responsive care to the diverse population I serve. In addition to individual therapy, I offer a variety of group therapy options, including process groups and skills-based groups. I also provide family therapy and counseling to help loved ones understand addiction and learn how to support the individual in their recovery.
My ultimate goal is to support my clients in achieving long-term recovery and a fulfilling life. I believe that recovery is a journey, not a destination, and I am committed to providing the ongoing support and guidance that my clients need to achieve their goals. With the right support and guidance, anyone can overcome their addiction and build a better life.
If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction, know that there is hope. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me to start your journey towards recovery.
